ROLT started because repair shops were running a whole business out of notebooks, spreadsheets and chat apps, and losing work in the gaps between them.
Our vision
Every shop, whatever its size, should have the tools to do well, and every customer should be able to find a shop they can trust. Ten years of building software for this trade taught us which parts actually matter on a busy Saturday.
Next comes a wider network of shops working to the same standard, so a customer gets the same service wherever they walk in.
Our mission
Bookings, stock, invoices and customer records that work together, in plain language, at a price a single shop can afford. Repair history, preferences and messages live in one record, so nobody has to ask the customer to explain twice.
It fits one counter as comfortably as a group of stores.
Our story
Shops held their business in three places at once, and work fell through the cracks between them.
People from software, retail and customer service built the first version together, then changed it every time a shop said it did not fit.
Shops across the country run on ROLT today, and most new features still start as a request from one of them.
